Villa International is an ecumenical ministry that offers short-term residence within a community environment to persons of all faiths and from all parts of the world. Since our doors opened in 1972, we have hosted nearly 24,000 guests from 147 countries. Our guests are primarily international visitors of the CDC and the Rollins School of Public Health at Emory University, but also include many others, such as public health professionals of all varieties, interning doctors and seminarians. Together with the support of organizations from around the country and a number of generous volunteers, Villa provides a safe, affordable and comfortable home-away-from-home, within walking distance of Emory and CDC.
