Updated Stay and Room Assignment

Due to shifts in public health funding and changes in visa policies, Villa is updating its length-of-stay and private room policies starting in mid-April.

Previous Policy:
Guests were required to move from a private room to a shared room after six months of residency.

Updated Policy:
Guests may remain in a private room beyond six months, subject to availability, good standing, and participation in the Villa community. Guests who were formerly in a private room for 6 months and are now in a shared room are again eligible to move back to a private room.

We need to know the future needs of our current guests on or before February 28th so we know how to plan for summer and fall room availability. 

Even if you like your current situation and don't plan to extend or change your room type, we need everyone to fill out the form! This is your one chance to change rooms, extend your stay, or voice your opinion without incurring a room change or extension fee.
