I stayed at Villa International Atlanta and had a wonderful experience. The place truly feels like a home away from home, especially for international guests. The staff and residents were warm and welcoming, and I loved meeting people from different countries. The location is perfect—close to Emory University and the CDC—and the environment is peaceful and safe. The shared kitchen and common areas were clean and well-maintained, and the atmosphere encouraged community and friendship. I would definitely recommend Villa International to anyone visiting Atlanta who’s looking for a warm, welcoming, and comfortable place to stay.

The Villa is the most wonderful place I’ve ever been. It’s the top choice for anyone doing an observership at Emory. Convenient, affordable, and comfortable place to stay. And the real heart of the place is its people, both residents and guests.

As a newcomer to Atlanta, this place felt like home. There are so many activities that help you connect with others and explore their amazing cultures like group trips, yoga sessions, grocery shopping, ice cream party, cultural exchanges, and more. I had the best time during my one-month stay.

My family and I stayed for just a week, but this place far exceeded our expectations. Both the management and residents were incredibly kind and welcoming, creating a warm atmosphere built on sharing and mutual support.

The facilities are excellent—cozy common areas provide great spaces for conversation, and there are plenty of ways to relax and have fun, including table tennis, billiards, foosball, and even a piano and guitar. The vibe is relaxed and inviting.

One of the highlights was seeing people cook and share their traditional foods—it was truly heartwarming. I believe this is an ideal environment for international students to make friends, find a sense of belonging, and adjust to life in the U.S. Every school community should have a place like this.

The management of Villa International ceaselessly strives to meet the needs of its residents—and often goes far beyond that—by offering a wide range of opportunities and fun activities. These include regular grocery shopping for those without a car, book club meetings, yoga sessions, ping pong tournaments, and incredible seasonal events such as summer pool parties, outlet mall trips, rafting, paintball, and more.

The manager and her staff are simply amazing in their kindness and hospitality. I feel incredibly lucky to have chosen this venue for my six-month stay at Emory. This place has established itself as a true gem—not just in Atlanta, but also in my heart.

Villa is a mini-UN – the best place to stay if you are visiting Emory or CDC for a short period. It is within walking distance from both, the staff is super-duper friendly, and the place offers all essential amenities. The guests are friendly, the kitchen is communal – creating a kibbutz-like atmosphere, and the dedicated staff members do their utmost to ensure that the Villa is a culturally and socially rich and wonderful place to stay.
