Housing Plans and Departures

As we prepare for the upcoming academic year and begin organizing room assignments, we kindly ask that you send us your updated housing plans by Friday, May 29. We are currently receiving a high volume of new applications, and having your information helps us ensure we can accommodate everyone as smoothly as possible.

Please check your current check-out date below or on the list on the dining room table and let us know:

1) Whether you plan to extend your stay

2) Whether you expect to check out earlier than the date currently listed. Please note--Guests who shorten their stay to a move-out date before August 1 will receive a $50 credit!

3) Whether you would like to request a change to your room type (for example, shared to private)

Important Notes:

• Change requests submitted by May 29 will not incur the usual $25 reservation change fee
• Shared rooms will be reassigned for the new semester to better align guest schedules and departure dates, so some guests may be moved even if they do not request a room change
• Most long-term shared room guests will be moved into the larger shared rooms in 16–19 and 32/33 for added comfort and convenience
• This academic year, we are prioritizing long-term stays, as we anticipate fewer short-term arrivals after August
• Please note that room assignments for the entire semester academic year will be set based on your submission

Important: Updated room rates will take effect immediately for all new reservations and will apply to current in-house stays beginning August 1, 2026. Please review the updated pricing charts below or click here to ensure the changes work for your plans. Most rate adjustments primarily affect short-term guests, and there is no rate increase for long-term shared rooms.
