Villa is a unique community dedicated to providing support and a home away from home for international guests in Atlanta. Villa thrives on the participation of the guests in our community.

Villa is a great fit for guests who:

  • appreciate multicultural environments
  • are comfortable with shared community living
  • value affordability and flexibility
  • enjoy respectful, cooperative spaces
  • are independent and self-sufficient

Villa may not be the best fit for guests seeking:

  • hotel-style services
  • luxury accommodations
  • extensive privacy in shared spaces
  • highly-customized living arrangements

Things to Consider

  • Applications are accepted online only (no walk-ins) and must be made one week in advance
  • Guests must make a reservation for a minimum of 3 days
  • Do not make multiple applications if you are on the waiting list. We will work to fit you in if possible and availability changes daily
  • Please be sure all guests are included in your reservation
  • Many guests underestimate the time it takes to find an apartment in Atlanta. We encourage you to book AT LEAST a month for this process. Most apartments will not accept applications without a Social Security number which takes a few weeks to secure–and then additional time needed to apply for an apartment
